Return Policy
Our policy lasts for 30 days. Unfortunately, we will not be able to offer you a refund or an exchange if 30 days have gone by since your purchase.
The following rules set out which situations warrant a return, and what we will do about it:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or the original method of payment, within 5 working days.
Please do not send us products which are not supplied by us (goods bought from other sellers, brands etc.). We are not responsible for repairing or returning them.
The warranty does not cover any damages caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of materials over extended time and use. Damages that our warranty does not cover will be repaired at a reasonable rate and a fee will be charged for the return shipping.
Damaged/Defective Product
If this doesn’t help and the issue remains unsolved by the retailer, you could still contact the manufacturer explaining the problem and asking for a refund.
Exchanges (if applicable)

Missing or late refunds (if applicable)

Shipping Returned Items

Please use standard postage for any faulty items this can be reimbursed. Any special form of delivery will not be reimbursed.
For exchanges and non-faulty product issues, you will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

We will send you an email, notifying you that we have received the item(s). We will try to ship you the return within one business day after receiving the goods from you (for the United Kingdom).
Depending on your choice, we will send you a new product, as a replacement, or we will provide you with the refund within 5 business days.
