All the items ordered from Ekaiser.co.uk are sent via Royal Mail First Class and dispatched from our own warehouses, through a fast, safe and secure process, because we want you to receive your goods as quickly as possible. Customers can select the special delivery option, for Next Day Guaranteed Delivery. We have streamlined the dispatch processes to speed up delivery even more.
Every shipment is checked carefully and each item is packed as compact as possible, to ensure the best protection of your order. Also, we pack using only top quality mailing materials and we send our goods discreetly packaged.
Once we process and dispatch your order, you will receive an email to inform you about the status of your purchase. Usually, our goods should arrive at the destination the next day after they’ve been dispatched. However, please allow 5 working days (up to 7 working days for International Customers) before contacting us, as it might take a while for the Post Office to deliver or to return the item to us, in case there was an issue with your order (address, name etc.).

We want you to enjoy the best offers on our products, so we charge as little as possible for deliveries outside of UK. There are no extra costs for the goods purchased on our website – the delivery cost is computed on the total size, weight and value of your order.
Refunds & Returns
Delivery times cannot be guaranteed, they are estimates. Deliveries are generally made between 9 am and 6 pm. However, we take no responsibility for delays or non-delivery if the address or postcode supplied is not correct.
If your delivery is damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 7 working days and, based on your preferences, we will offer you a refund or a replacement for the items.
